[li]The MAM MarketPlace sellers must ship and deliver sold items and respond to customer complains/requests in a timely manner.[/li]

 

[li]Any disputes between The MAM MarketPlace buyers and sellers should be resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, MAM and The MAM MarketPlace reserves the right to remove the seller from the Marketplace. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other The MAM MarketPlace Users. The MAM MarketPlace shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.[/li]

 

[li]The MAM MarketPlace product pricing must be an inclusive price that already includes sales tax and/or any shipping & handling fees.  The MAM MarketPlace vendors are required to pay all local and state sales taxes and fees. All MAM MarketPlace sellers must have a business license.[/li]

 

[li]The MAM MarketPlace sellers agree to payment provisions set forth in Meylah Terms of Use.[/li]

 

[li]The MAM MarketPlace is committed to supporting our sellers and providing them with the best efforts to showcase sellers to the community on a regular basis.[/li]

 

[li]The MAM MarketPlace sellers agree to promote MAM and The MAM MarketPlace on their websites and/or social media pages, thereby increasing traffic to the benefit of all Marketplace sellers and encouraging consumers to shop American-made. The MAM MarketPlace will provide sellers a “MAM MarketPlace logo/button” to link directly to The MAM MarketPlace landing page.[/li]

 

[li]The MAM MarketPlace reserves the right to make changes to its policies at its discretion and will make all attempts to communicate about the changes to the sellers.[/li][/ul][p]
